I am Microsoft MVP in Business Applications, Microsoft Certified Trainer -MCT-, solution architect of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform and Microsoft Valuable Seller, currently serving as Head of Presales of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform.

I have over 13 years of experience as a functional analyst in various internal projects and consulting level, specializing in customer experience, of which the last 8 years have been exclusive with Microsoft's business application platform.

In recent years, I have worked in a leadership role, both as part of the steering committee of a local Spanish partner, working on the strategy and development of the alliance with Microsoft, business development and internal development of the team, and currently as part of the EMEA sales leadership team of one of the top 5 global partners, in charge of the pre-sales team.
