Lipi Sarkar is Digital Transformation Director at CloudSource, co-author of the book - 'Building a Digital Future', Researcher and an experienced Programme Director with 20 years of experience in leading and managing technology-led digital transformation programmes with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
She is passionate about digital transformation and brings her experience to work closely together with clients defining a digital transformation roadmap, strategy, best practices, governance framework, delivering a complex transformation programme by implementing a digital solution with Dynamics 365. She has worked for one of the Big Four firms, esteemed solution-based consulting and large charity organisations. She is recognised for her calm management style and ability to understand the complexity of the programme with diverse stakeholders across worldwide boundaries.
She is also an active mentor of Warwick Business School, Global Mentoring Programme.
